Support repeating events in Calendar

Description

I noticed Calendar doesn't have support for repeating events. These would be handy to indicate that someone is unavailable on a regular basis (because of other commitments), or for things that need to be done every week on a regular schedule.

Oh heh, I searched for "repeat" on the Calendar workboard and couldn't find anything, so I assumed there wasn't a task already.
