Handle not loaded exception after setting project picture

I got that immediately after setting a picture on a project (using the choose icon and color). I also get the exception when trying to view the project's detail page.

I can't reproduce this locally -- can you reproduce it here? I made you a project if you want to try:

It's possible that rP528f1a9 fixed this, if you were newer than rP7556a70 but didn't have that fix yet. The window between them was about 5 hours on May 7th.

Just reproduced it on this install, try viewing the project now.
