Hi,

The creation of mailing lists is done automatically through a script run by our postmaster team and they'd like not to have to take additional manual actions to create mailing list entities in phabricator. If there was a conduit endpoint to create/modify/delete mailing lists, it would be easy to add a line to the mailman creation script. At the moment it requires an email to the phabricator administrators to take manual action.
