Using Firefox, navigate to https://secure.phabricator.com/conpherence/

Notice the sidebar text for "Search" is in strange font.

I found it more apparent when using Such English/Wow translation on my local install (on 6575cc568dabf7e487ae0c77b739ad259ae080ad) :
