Allow application search to search by "is deprecated"

Description

The page applications/query/advanced/ does not have an option to search for applications by "is deprecated" or "is not deprecated".

The use case I have for this to keep a saved query to "uninstalled, released (non-prototype), non-deprecated" applications as things to watch and possibly enable.

We don't plan to pursue this in the upstream. Recommend subscribing to the Changelog to keep up with when things leave prototype.
