Description

To reproduce:

visit https://secure.phabricator.com/tag/quicksand/ to see Quicksand project board
invoke "create task" in the Backlog column and then cancel the subsequent dialogue
navigate to Quicksand project home page by clicking top icon on the left side nav
navigate back to the Quicksand project board by clicking the second icon on the left side nav
invoke "create task" in the backlog column

EXPECTED - create task dialogue pops as before
ACTUAL - no dialogue pops; errors observed in javascript error log
