It would be nice to have a button on the comment/description editor interface F353959 that would allow to quickly enter > characters before the selected text.

Right now if you copy-paste messages from an external source you have to manually enter > characters before every line of the source text. Using an external tool (like a notepad++ macro) is overkill for a simple feature like this - and not exacly useful when I have a text where I have a lot of of short lines to quote but they are all separated by non-quoted lines. It would be much better to select the text with the mouse and press a button on the interface - just like how the Code Block button currently works.
