Description

I left this comment on a diff earlier today (the time is in Central Standard Time):

Ever since then, whenever I've gone to comment on other diffs, the default operation is "planned changes," and that comment shows up as the default text:

One time, Phabricator even went so far as to forcibly insert this comment into feedback I submitted for a diff (even after I had already deleted all text from the top-level comment submission box):

Is this reproducible? I don't even know how any of this would be possible.

@chad: I agree it's extremely odd, but I've been able to reproduce this pretty consistently so far in both Chrome and Firefox.

I'll also add that this was the first time I think I've ever logged into Phabricator using Firefox since completely clearing the cache and history in that browser...so it wouldn't seem this is an issue with the browser somehow preserving state unnecessarily...
