Description

Disabled build plans are displayed on autocomplete suggestions when creating new herald rule with "Run Build Plans" action.

Prerequisites:

Steps to repeat:

Open new herald rule window, e.g.: Herald > Create Herald Rule > Commits > Global
In "Actions" section select "Run Build Plans"
Start type name of disabled build plan.
Build plan will be displayed, but it shouldn't because it is disabled.
