Sticky Conpherence Widget Pane

Description

Should we sticky the last selected Widget in the Widget Pane in Conpherence? Mostly it feels strange to select Calendar, then come back and it's on Participants again. I'd probably find the pane more useful if I could leave it on the pane I prefer. Is this global or per thread? No particular preference here. I think we already have per thread settings, so could easily see per thread.

Possibly slight regression of sorts, "Settings" is always default for me now where it previously was "Participants". Unsure if intended?

I think the settings thing got fixed, and we're probably (?) going to move away from widgets in the next iteration.
