Wrong auth provider row height in the list

Description

When listing auth providers the default User/Password one has no description and therefore has too small row height, which in turn results in it's icon not fully shown:

For example JIRA auth provider has description and it's icon is fully shown:

I have Allow Registration option unchecked for that auth provider and that causes no grey text to be displayed in 2nd row.
