I can send a message to @deploy. Seems strange.

This seems fine to me, and could be useful with API integrations.

For example, CC @fax to get a faxed copy of a chat, or send @deploy a message like "Deploy corp001".

If we don't actually do anything useful with it after Conpherence v2 it would be reasonable to shut it down.
