Project wiki documents will "disappear" if project renamed

Description

If you have wiki documents under the project wiki and you rename the project all the references to the documents will be lost
(renaming the project to the original name will return the working links)

There isn't a project wiki in Phabricator, it was removed many moons ago.

I didn't notice. And I have surely not the latest version of Phabricator! :)
At this point the question is if the problem will arise during the upgrade, or it is managed in some way?

It's all policy based per document, so more flexibility.

If you put the project back under the original name, then upgrade, the policy will be set correctly after the upgrade.

(This bug was one of the reasons we separated things.)
