Update of libphutil seems to break phabricator

Description

After updating phabricator and libphutil and arcanist I get

Call to undefined method PhutilTranslator::setLanguage()

/opt/phabricator/src/infrastructure/env/PhabricatorEnv.php:119

looks like it was refactored

Does restarting php-fpm help?

My apologies, the update script wasn't giving any errors, but it does trip up on

Updating 32b1ffd..2bccbe4
error: The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by merge:
        conf/keys/.keep
Please move or remove them before you can merge.
Aborting

maybe it's not an issue, but conf/keys/.keep could be added to .gitignore
