Just a tweak to the SearchEngine, which is minimal/skeletal right now.

When you go to /instances/:

  • Default view should be "Joined Instances" and show all instances which the user is a member of.
  • Users should also have a "Managed Instances" view which shows instances they have CAN_EDIT on (i.e., are a member of the payment account which controls the instance).
  • Users with the InstancesManageCapability::CAPABILITY capability should additionally have an "All Instances" filter.

We should add some basic options for filtering too -- at a minimum, the ability to search by instance name would be helpful.

Or something along those lines -- pursue whatever part of this seems reasonable. The details here aren't super important, but getting the default view to be "stuff you're a member of" seems worth doing at a minimum.
