@Krinkle, what OS/Browser is this specifically? I'm not able to find a repo case.

@chad Chrome 41.0.2272.76 stable on Mac. I can reproduce it still.

I need to be able to reproduce it, to get a fix. I've tried Chrome/Mac with different styles of names.

Unable to reproduce with Chrome, Safari or Firefox, also not able to reproduce on this server either:

On Wikimedia's server most bubbles are 23px, but the one with the special characters is 24px.

On this server it seems all bubbles are 24px tall. (Using Chrome Dev Tools' inspector.
