The instances UI currently provides a bare link to the attached payment account. We should have richer information:

• use proper account name;
• show autopay status?
• show next billing date?
• show estimated bill?
• show instance cost ($/user/month)?
• link to subscription specifically?

Generally, users should have better tools to anticipate and understand costs and billing.
