"Mark all notifications as read" dialog is behind overlay on iOS

Description

The dialog that opens when clicking "Mark All Read" in the messages popup opens below the overlay and it not usable on iOS Safari.

On Desktop browsers the behavior is also a little bit wired. When the dialog and the overlay is displayed, clicking on the overlay closes the messages dropdown behind the overlay. I think this click should be catched by the overlay.

A the same problem for logout. So you can't logout currently on iOS by using the standard interface.
