arc diff --reviwers loses template information

Description

Probably a n00b question. But when I run

arc diff

The resulting page gives a template where I enter the 'test plan' etc. However, when I run arc diff --reviewer <param> the template is no longer shown. Can I use the reviewer command line flag while maintaining the template?
