Provide some way of resizing macros

Description

Some macro images are really big, and I'm too lazy to resize them before uploading. There should be some way to set their size from the Macro application (which adjusts how they are displayed in other applications).

I'm supportive of this feature on the condition that it only allows you to make macros larger.
