If I did the math right, this is happening in about two hours (1PM PST). I'll do a backup before the downtime but don't plan to move the instance (I think it would take long enough that it's not worth it), so we'll probably be offline from about 1PM - 3PM.

I, uh, guess this happened? Or I didn't do math? Or Amazon pranked us? I was running some errands and didn't see the thing go down, but I guess I'll take it.
