At the moment as a user wanting to take advantage of these 2 tools, I have to either setup/build my own build system and then rig it up to a HTTP endpoint like a web hook ( btw the docs don't even mention if that feature is or isn't actually a web hook, based on lacking anything to do with payload, i don't think it really counts as one) or I have to weed my way through the history of these 2 features and unravel things based on commit messages, commentary in code reviews, and just generally go spelunking to find out anything.

Is either of these in a state where we can provide 'this is what works and how to use it right now' docs for these features?
