Is 'Repositories' app really deprecated?

Description

Back in May the Repositories app had it's short description changed to 'Deprecated' (see PhabricatorRepositoriesApplication.php). That said, I have searched (possibly in only the wrong places) and not found anything about this. Should I be learning about some other way to attach to my externally hosted repositories or am I being mislead by the 'Deprecated' description.

Thanks for any clarification you can offer.

All the repository stuff lives in Diffusion now. There just used to be two ways to get to repositories (Diffusion and Repositories) which was silly/confusing. We moved (almost) everything into Diffusion but haven't finished cleaning up Repositories yet.
