Provide a public facing page with all q/a

Description

Would be great to have some public facing page without all the phabricator UI, and with all the questions already asked presented in a nice way. Or at least have some sort of reporting feature that would allow to embed somehow ponder live questions and answer into an existing website.

This, or something that makes more sense :-)

We don't plan to implement this. It may be possible to build it with the API at some point in the future, but that's probably a long ways away. Ponder is not a priority.
