Syntax highlighting not working on fresh update of Phabricator

Description

I just updated phabricator to HEAD and syntax highlighting is broken. I tried debugging pygment via the resolution to T6210 and my output was the same as @epriestley's. A bit stuck as I don't know how this works under the sheets. Any advice?

Here's a screenshot of a random C++ file with no highlighting. Note the button on the sidebar says "Disable Highlighting", so Phabricator thinks it's on I guess. Toggling that option has no effect.

Got it, I hadn't turned on pygments.enabled
