(I believe someone had filed this task before, but I could not find it)

Our Phabricator instance doesn't have Calendar installed, yet all #profiles feature a calendar column, obviously empty (example). This is confusing for the owners and the visitors of those profiles. Would it be possible to show that column only when calendar is enabled?
