Description

My first bug report here, hope that's OK.

On WMF's test instance, When I "Create Column", the keyboard focus is gone. I have to click with a mouse to set it to the Name field, or press the Tab key about 8 times.

Expected behavior
Keyboard focus is in the Name field.

We don't default focus forms on normal pages. We haven't seen other requests for this behavior, and it would interact poorly keyboard shortcuts.
