In the Differential the same action with "X" icon is called "Request Changes", which is more appropriate, then it's name in Audits - "Raise Concern".

Was there any reason to do so. If not, then please rename. I'm asking because Phabricator users in my company have complained that changes are requested doesn't fall under "concern" term. If you agree, then filter names called "Problem Commits" under "Audits" page needs to be renamed to "Changes Requested" as well.
