User copied a working copy over a Diffusion working copy and nothing worked anymore

Description

See some discussion in IRC.

A user who didn't want to push commits to a hosted repository copied an existing working copy over the Phabricator working copy instead. This produces a working copy with different refs and origins that doesn't work and appears empty.

We should make some effort to detect and complain about this since it's reasonable to think it might work.

This hasn't happened again and I think it's less reasonable to expect it to work in modern Phabricator.
