People do not always remember to set the Visible To and Editable By fields correctly when adding bugs/tasks - or people simply change their minds about who should be able to see/edit bugs later on after having entered a bunch of work.

It would be useful if one could use batch edit to change this attribute of a task, rather than having to access each task individually.
