@noisy, this is a problem that you are in a good position to fix as an independent user. Generally speaking, the maintainers of a product are not supposed to add information about their own product.

Yeah, we don't like editing our own Wikipedia pages, since it creates a strong appearance of conflict of interest. See T1959 for some previous discussion.

@qgil has a much better understanding of Wikipedia policy than I do, but here's my limited understanding of the history here:

I think a user added Phabricator to this list around 2012, but another editor later removed it because it was not considered notable at the time (particularly, it was not notable enough for the "Phabricator" page to survive). Phabricator was new at the time and the "Phabricator" page that a user wrote was not very detailed, so it's easy for me to understand how an editor would remove it as non-notable.

Phabricator grew a bit and another user with more editing experience rebuilt the "Phabricator" page about a year ago in a way that seems to have satisfied notability requirements, so if you added it to this list I'd guess it might survive review now.
