Files like README.rst should be interpreted as plain text (rendering them as remarkup does a worse job than rendering them plain), but are currently interpreted as remarkup. Specifically:

• README, README.remarkup, README.md -> render with Remarkup
• README.rainbow -> render with Rainbow
• README.txt, any other README.* -> render as plain text
