Only convert links to objects after whitespace

Description

Links to other objects are currently created unintentionally sometimes, e.g. while discussing hardware part numbers.

Example: SIA921EDJ-T4-GE3.
(Note the link to T4, which is created)
Would it be reasonable to only convert these links if there is any whitespace in front?

We want to link these sometimes, like I've seen this before (T4 is an example), but might be able to adjust the rule.
