MySQL error when renaming project

Description

We have a project called "Stream - DevOps" with the primary hashtag set to stream_-_devops and additional hash tags set to devops, koi. When we try and change the name of the project to Koi, we get the following error:

#1062: Duplicate entry 'koi' for key 'key_slug'

To work around this issue, we removed the koi hashtag and saved the project, before going back and then renaming the project (doing it in two steps instead of renaming the project and removing the hashtag in the one edit).
