Description

It'd be handy to know at a glance what dashboard you have installed when looking through / querying the dashboards in the system.

I'm probably just going to throw "installed" on there in the short term. However, there are currently two installed states (user home install and global install) and there might be more in the future (if we install to project and user profile pages). I'm not exactly sure what that should look like. Probably depends where we go with it.

I'm also not sure if "All Dashboards" is the right default view, but I don't see a clearly-more-personal view to default instead.

Showing some flavor of "Installed" icon in the dashboard detail list view can't hurt, and we could tailor it later.
