It looks like this:

In places where there's text - maniphest and differential are fine, diffusion and dashboards are lacking.

I can't repro this, what version of Chrome? I don't think crumbs have changed in a while.

I'm using 35.0.1916.153 m (Public consumption).

I have a couple of extensions that shouldn't effect anything and are disabled in incognito (where it also happens).

I'll try playing with some chrome flags, to see if I can narrow it down...

Yep, running with --no-experiments it looks fine; Now to track down the broken one...

I think it's the "experimental DirectWrite font rendering system" doing bad things. I'll complain there...
