I find this a bit ridiculous. You made the Dashboard, raised it, and loved it. But you gave up and wanted the easy way out. Instead of fighting for your Dashboard you just want to abandon it. Dashboards have feelings, work with them, make them better, give them a chance. They can change, you'll see.

Did you just tell me how to raise my dashboards? You did not just tell me how to raise my dashboards! You do realize that you're replying on a serious software issue, right?

Anyway, I would like the buttons to archive/unarchive to be labeled "Abandon" and "Adopt"; these reflect my true feelings much better. Also, please add a button to the dashboards labeled "Threaten" which creates a prepared DELETE statement, waits a few seconds, and then fails to execute it.

We should also let you bin/remove destroy dashboards and panels.
