When user mention task ID in commit message, it will be helpful when it will be connected in phabricator with that task.

It can be used through some special keyword, same like closing task works.
Because sometimes we need to make more than one commit, to close one task, and we want all of them to be connected to that task in phabricator. It will be super helpful.
