Still some weird lag or race condition when submitting comments in Pholio

Description

I'm still seeing issues submitting comments in Pholio, is it on a different transaction system? I don't always clear the comment and adding inline comments and submitting is also strange. I'd assume it to just reload the page, no ajaxy stuff.

It's using the weird ajaxey code but I'm just going to remove the weird ajaxey code, at least for now -- it's weird and doesn't feel very good.

I think this is the only 'Unbeta' blocker. I plan to do T5383 and T5384 next anyways, but they are just polish.
