@epriestley - this seems "easy" to me, is the current infrastructure ok to copy/paste (maniphest, differential) or is there something more modern. It seems like we offer these features on 2 applications.

I think this is fairly straightforward for everything except Diffusion (until T4896), but probably needs to be generalized a bit since if every app copy/pasted the current stuff we'd have like 100 checkboxes on that page.

T2497 is the task for Diffusion/Audit.

we could write some javascript (check all, uncheck all). just going to do pholio for now, as most of our other apps aren't very 'chatty'.
