What happens:
Being subscribed to a vote does not give notifications of changes

What was expected:
I expected to get a email like the ordinary phabricator notifications when something changed on the vote (in my case when a new comment is added)

Result:
due to lack of notifications, the workflow with the votes makes it harder to deal with than nessecary. it is easy to miss a comment due to not being informed of its existance
