Provide a way to get to the home dashboard from mobile

Description

Dashboards do something reasonable on mobile, so we should maybe provide a link at the bottom of the applications to view the home dashboard.

Debate really is if mobile should default to dashboards or app list.

Ah, yeah, that's a reasonable point.

For my personal usage at least, the application list is a much better default -- but that's also based on the old, not-very-useful homepage (which I have never missed or wanted to access on mobile).

I'd probably prefer the app-list with a one-click 'Home' application at top.
