Global search doesn't index words smaller than 4 characters?

Description

I have a task with the tile "Make Phabricator UI a bit more compact through CSS customization" but searching for "CSS" doesn't return anything in the global search field while searching for "customization" works.

You mean smaller than 4 characters. :)

IMO at the minimum, there should be a warning in the search results saying such and such terms have been ignored as shorter than 4 characters.
