The use of strikes is inconsistent here:
{Full Names} of closed objects should have a strike when added in descriptions and comments. For what is worth, they already appear with a full strike in Feed.
It seems to be an easyfix.

I'm going to merge this into T3510, which is similar. A potential readability compromise we came up with there is to strike just the T1 part but leave the title intact, but this isn't entirely trivial because the two parts get combined early and then the rendering decision needs to be made later. Not hard, but more than 30 seconds of work.
(We could strike the whole thing, and do in some other cases, but I think it impacts readability poorly and want to at least try the selective strike and see if that improves things.)
