Description

Despite my timezone and date preferences, the input fields for a custom date field in Maniphest displays the input in european style "day month year" format:

See also T4660. We'll likely let you customize this eventually, but the current control is hard to get wrong (we use month names instead of month numbers to make the meaning of the column unambiguous).

The "Time-of-Day Format" setting is not expected to affect the ordering of the components on the date control.
