Can you describe your use case to me? Are you trying to store extremely large files in Phabricator? If so, what kind of files?

We plan to attached files to Pholio mocks (psd etc.).

@demo: "Resumable / Chunked file upload" sounds like one potential solution to a problem, but there is no problem described in this task. Can you please explain which problem you'd like to see solved?
