A nice to have feature in Herald, would be to have it do something when tasks are "getting old". Basically read the changed timestamp and keep some state so it doesn't re-run (perhaps by updating the task it self?).

I could probably implement this myself, and I didn't find existing tasks on this, so what do you guys think?
