Two of my newer users at Facebook have both expressed surprise that leaving an inline comment in the UI doesn't automatically get saved.

I have pointed out that this is expected behaviour: they should leaves one or many inline comments, then submit them all in a batch with "Clowncopterize".

However, given this has happened twice now, it would be useful to give some hint in the UI about the workflow (or change it to make each inline comment get written automatically when "Okay" is clicked.
