See PHI801. Currently, Multimeter is hard-coded to "last 24 hours" as a window. This made it difficult to identify data associated with unreproducible slowness in the past in investigating PHI801.

Improving the range controls would make it more useful for "things were slow sometime around Tuesday, not exactly sure when it started/ended". After T13083, adding charting would also help.
