Add support for PHUIPinboardItemView to timeline/transactions

Description

I went and built the front end, now we just need some PHID magic to grab and query all the Files we need to display Pinboard Items in a timeline. Immediate use cases are probably:

  • Maniphest Cover Image
  • Macros
  • Any Profile Image (Blogs, People, Projects?)
  • Pholio?
  • Attaching Pholio Mocks to a Task?
